What makes the product ‘not sellable’ and why? Damaged Returns.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange for Zaggora products, the product must be returned unused, in the condition it arrived to you, with tags still attached. Any product which does not fit these criteria will sadly not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We will always be able to send you a photo of any damage. If damage has occurred during transit back to our warehouse, you will be able to claim for this damage from the carrier.
