Please include your order number - this was in your order confirmation email and on your packing slip and looks like this '512USAXXXX'.
Let us know which items you'd like to return. We'll then reply and send you a return authorization.
Returns & Exchanges

In the event you're not happy with your order or you're unhappy with the size, simply email Kim and we'll arrange for it to be returned to us.
Items are eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. This means you need to contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item. After receiving your return / exchange authorization, you have further 14 days to get the item back to us. If we do not receive the items back in our warehouse within 14 days of authorizing a return we will not be able to process a refund or store credit. Thank you in advance.
We kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you are looking to a return or exchange an item so we can provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RMA) and return paperwork. Without that we will not be able to accept your return.
Items eligible for refunds or exchanges
You can return new, unworn and unopened items, with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. We can only refund the amount paid. If you ordered a final sale item, you can return this for a different size or style or a store credit but not for a refund.
All items need to be in a sellable condition. This means being new, unworn and in original undamaged packaging. This is so our fulfilment center has tagged the returned item as "Sellable", not as 'Defective' or 'Customer Damaged'.
If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged", sadly we will not be able to offer a refund. Sometimes, items are classified as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged" if they are received without the original tags or packaging so please do keep on the tags when you try your items for the first time.
If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We'll get back to you real quick with the returns label and return instructions.
If you're returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be bourne by you.
We'll quickly provide you with shipping labels and an RMA so that the items can be accepted back into our Amazon operated warehouse. We cannot, however, reimburse the shipping cost to ship the item back to us.
It's also your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us and we always recommend shipping it back to us with tracking. This way, we can find it if it get's lost or mis-placed. If you are exchanging the item into something else, the shipping cost to ship a new item out to you will be covered by us.
Items shipped to you in error
If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.
When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?
When an item is received back in our warehouse it gets processed within 10 days at which point we will be able to notify you that your return is authorized. From that point, please kindly allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. We process most refunds quicker during less busy periods. Thank you.
We can only process refunds to the original card used to pay for the order or the original Paypal account. We cannot offer refunds by any other method. This is for our customers’ protection.
It may take between 3-5 business days for your refund to reach your bank account from the date it has been processed by us. Please kindly allow for up to 5 days for the funds to come through. We will send you a refund confirmation when your refund has been processed.
